WEALTH MANAGER-JUNIOR/SENIOR
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
- Actively sourcing and prospecting for potential clients.
- Should be responsible in building and maintaining long term relationships with a portfolio of financially successful clients.
- Is expected to be equipped with skills and tools necessary to fast track client to financial and professional success.
- Reviewing and monitoring clients’ financial progress and status regularly. The candidate should possess first class interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive management of the client base to increase penetration of wealth management products, increase share wallet and improve profitability of the customer base.
- Proactive learning and self development initiatives to understand the latest product offerings in the market.
- Effective management of customer relationships and anticipation of customers financial needs on an ongoing basis.
- Growth of portfolio as outlined in the business plans for the package (existing and new business) and number of customers managed (Must Require Acquisition of New HNI Clients).
- Key performance indicators on activity, sales & persistency by developing, formulating and implementing specific sales plans to achieve targets.
Qualification Requirements
- Graduation in any field.
- MBA in Finance would be added advantage.
- Exp. 2 to 10 years.
