OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Monitor all the departments and support the team for extending best service to the customers.
  • Financial strategy preparation and analysis based on client’s profile
  • Liasioning with clients for query handling and its resolution
  • Handling specific client’s investment related requests and liaison with investment/broker/registrar companies to complete the request
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and efficiency in operations

Qualification Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • Exp – 0 to 5 Years in running operations in a financial services company

Personal Attributes

  • Capable of performing detailed strategy and analysis
  • Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, liaison, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player and leader
  • Analytical with the ability to independently work on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Knowledge of Financial Analysis and Business Statistics
  • Good verbal and written English skills Ability to interact with clients on an ongoing basis
  • Self-motivated and has the ability to act under pressure.
